The FunkBunk Gallery is now open and available to hire and is fast becoming the place display original work in Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

We are open to the public Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm. Entrance to gallery is free.

This clean, contemporary space is the ideal place to display your work and expose it wider audience. Why hide your work away?

FunkBunk will running special events at the gallery space where you can display work for free. If you would like submit your work for one of these events please get in touch with us, or the gallery can be hired out for your own use:

Our hire costs for the space are as follows:
(all prices exclude VAT)

There are 3 walls available in a white, well lit room. The floor is currently unfinished granite, the walls have a white rail at eye level to hang work from. The wall height is 2.3m. There is use of kitchen and toilet facilities attached to the gallery.

Wall 1 - 5.7m £70 per week £240 per month

Wall 2 - 6.1m £70 per week £240 per month

Wall 3 - 8m £90 per week £320 per month

Entire Space £230 per week £800 per month

Weeks run from Midday Monday (set up) to the following Monday 10am (take down)

10% commission is charged on all work that is displayed at the gallery, so please price all work accordingly. Pricing wall labels will be supplied.

Next door to the gallery is the FunkBunk office, inhabited by various creative companies. These companies use the gallery room as an informal meeting space for themselves and their customers. As well as making a fantastic meeting space, it gives exhibiting artists more exposure to their work.

This arrangement is currently under review, and as such we are offering all artists a 20% discount on the above prices until January 1st 2010. If you are hiring the entire space and wish it to be exclusively yours the discount will be removed.

FunkBunk is staffed Mon-Fri, from 9am to 6pm, but if you wish to be open all weekend you may want to make appointments with visitors or arrange staffing of the gallery yourself. As the gallery develops we plan to have staff present on Saturdays and Sundays.

If you wish to display single pieces (sculpture included) of work, there are various options available. Please contact us to discuss.

FunkBunk is very active in promoting itself and it’s residents online. This promotion is included in your hire costs.

One of the FunkBunk permanent office residents is Provide Design (www.providedesign.co.uk) and they can offer exhibiting artists promotional packs of postcards and posters starting at £280 - this is for design and artwork of FunkBunk branded high quality postcards (1000 copies) and 30 A3 posters. Good for publicising your show.
