Our fully fitted out open plan office is ideal for businesses with 1 to 5 staff and our per desk rental packages are designed to suit your requirements, whether you need an occasional spot to escape to, or fixed centre to plan world domination from. We even cater for those who can’t quite make up their minds.

You’ll have your own desk with all inclusive access to high speed broadband, ergonomic chairs, natural light, fresh tea and coffee and free parking. Our studios are airy, comfortable and inspiring with space to wander, muse and create.

We currently have up to 9 desks available. All prices do not include VAT.

£15 per day per desk
£20 per hour for meeting room hire (seats up to 8 people)

FunkDunk allows you to dip in and out of FunkBunk whenever you need to use a desk or hire a meeting room.

Designed to be completely flexible, there is no contract to sign. Simply book online 24hours in advance using the calendar to confirm availability of desks.

When you arrive, everything will be wired up and ready to go. All you need to do is bring your computer, plug into our high-speed broadband, make yourself a cuppa, sit down and get on with what you have to do.

If you are booking a meeting room, we can arrange refreshments, whiteboard, flipboard and large display screen. Please contact us with your requirements one week before your booking date for additional requests and we’ll provide a quote.

£25 per 2 day booking
£60 per 5 day booking

(+ £11 per day for additional days within a month)

If you need to use a desk for more than a day, FunkChunk enables you to save money and book your desk in blocks of 2 or 5 days at a discounted rate.

If you intend to stay for consecutive days, we’ll provide a storage box to save you packing up and bringing back your belongings each day.

With all block bookings, we’ll also make sure you keep the same desk for the duration of your stay.

As with all hot-desk rental at FunkBunk, access to broadband, tea, coffee and parking is all free of charge with our complements.

Just £200 per month

If you’re ready to make the move into a new office or want to rent a desk full-time, our full FunkBunker tenant status gives you all the trimmings at a special all-inclusive monthly price.

With permanently designated space in the office for you and your colleagues, free broadband, complementary refreshments, postal address, desk storage, free priority car parking, free use of meeting room, and no additional charges for utilities, maintenance or office cleaning, FunkBunk is the perfect, no-hassle option for the small business looking for a stylish space to work.
